'Super Zindagi' to release in August. (Facebook)
Dhyan Sreenivasan’s much-delayed Malayalam film, Super Zindagi, is all set to be released in August. However, the exact date is yet to be confirmed.
While confirming the release in August, the makers also released a brand new poster of Super Zindagi.
The movie marks the debut of Vintesh as a director and is touted to be a comedy entertainer. Parvati plays a prominent role in it.
Sharing the new poster on her X handle, Parvati wrote: “My next Malayalam film ‘Super Zindagi’ is releasing in cinemas this August 2024! Can’t wait to meet you all on the big screen!#SuperZindagy.”
Super Zindagi completed the shooting in July last year. The team released a picture of the cast and crew while announcing the wrap-up of the film. A first-look poster, too, was unveiled later. However, there was no news regarding the release.
The movie also casts include Mukesh, Johny Antony, Suresh Krishna, and Tamil actors Vinod Sagar and Master Mahendran in key roles.
Prajith Raj EKR and Vintesh scripted it together. Abhilash Sreedharan penned the dialogues. Eldho Issac handled the cinematography and Sooraj S Kurup scored the music. Haseeb Meppat and Sathar Padannelakath are bankrolling the film under the banner of 666 Productions.
Dhyan Sreenivasan was last seen in Partners, directed by Naveen John. It evoked a good response from the audience.
His next release is SN Swamy’s directorial debut Secret, which is slated for release on 26 July. The movie is drawing huge expectations because of Swamy’s track record. He made some impressive films in his three decades-plus career.
Meanwhile, Dhyan is also part of Ideem Minnalum, Omar Lulu’s Bad Boys, debutant director Dhananjay Shankar’s Bha Bha Bha, Dileep’s 150th film, and a yet-to-be-titled films of Muhashin and Nisam Basheer.
