Dhyan Sreenivasan’s ‘Secret’ trailer promises a gritty thriller

The trailer shows Dhyan as a person who can foresee the future. How SN Swamy presents these events would be worth watching.

The makers of Dhyan Sreenivasan’s forthcoming flick, Secret, launched an intriguing trailer recently.

The trailer shows the actor as a person who can foresee the future. He gets premonitions about the ill fate of the others. The events that happen in the life of Dhyan’s character and how director SN Swamy presents them would be worth watching.

The Secret trailer promises a riveting watch with intriguing thrills. The film is slated for release on 26 July.

Apart from Dhyan Sreenivasan, the Malayalam movie casts Aparna Das, Jacob Gregory, Kalesh Ramanand, Ardra Mohan, Ranjith, Renji Panicker, Jayakrishnan, Suresh Kumar, Abhiram Radhakrishnan, and Manikuttan in crucial roles.

Swamy penned the screenplay for Secret. His son Sivaram is the co-director. Rajendra Prasad is bankrolling it under the banner of Lakshmi Parvathy Vision.

Jakes Bejoy composed the music and background score. Jackson Johnson is the cinematographer and Basod T Baburaj is the editor.

In February, Mammootty launched the title poster of Secret. The poster further increased the anticipation for the flick.

Secret marks the debut directorial of veteran scriptwriter SN Swamy. He is popular for investigation thrillers, mostly headlined by Mammootty; for instance, the super hit CBI series.

SN Swamy’s debut

Sajan’s Chakkarayumma (1984)  was SN Swamy’s debut film as a writer. He became a household name in Kerala with hit thrillers like Irupatham Nottandu (1987), August 1 (1988), Moonnam Mura (1988), Naduvazhikal (1989), and Dhruvam (1993).

Meanwhile, Dhyan Sreenivasan’s recent outing under the direction of Naveen John, Partners, is doing well at the box office. His Swargathile Katturumbu and Kudumba Sthreeyum Kunjadum, released shortly after the blockbuster Varshangalkku Shesham, were flops.

His Super  Zindagi will hit the screens in August. The makers launched a brand new poster of the film announcing the same. However, they are yet to confirm the release date.

This apart, the actor will next be seen in Mahes Keshav’s 11: 11, Ideem Minnalum, Omar Lulu’s Bad Boys, debutant director Dhananjay Shankar’s Bha Bha Bha, Dileep’s 150th film, and the films directed by Muhashin and Nisam Basheer.
