Actor Joju George has teamed up again with veteran director Joshiy for the upcoming Malayalam film Antony.
This is their second outing after Porinju Mariyam Jose (2019), a hit movie. In Antony too, the duo is delivering mass content.
The trailer of the movie suggests that the story happens in a fictional town called Avaran City.
Joju George appears as Antony Anthrapper, a ruthless gangster who is capable of killing many people all by himself.
The movie also has Kalyani Priyadarshan as a boxer and does some action sequences too.
It would be interesting to watch veteran director Joshiy’s team collaborating again with Joju George, Nyla Usha, Vijayaraghavan, and Chemban Vinod — who were all part of Porinju Mariyam Jose.
The makers earlier unveiled the film’s first-look poster.
Antony is produced by Einstein Zach Paul under the banner of Einstein Media. It is scripted by Rajesh Varma.
The movie will be released in theatres on 1 December.
