Kannada actor Dhanajaya, famously known as Daali Dhananjaya is busy shooting for the much anticipated multi-starter flick Uttarakaanda.
Meanwhile, on the occasion of Ugadi, the actor has announced his next — Kotee.
The movie is the first production venture of Jio Studios in Kannada.
Announcing the project on Tuesday, 9 April, Dananjaya wrote on X: “When you make a crore will you count it first or hide it? A new beginning! Thrilled to announce our new film.”
Its poster, starring Dananjaya, shows his face covered with a mask made of money.
Kotee‘s teaser will be released at 5 PM on 13 April.

Meanwhile, his forthcoming flick Uttarakaanda is directed by Rohith Padaki of Ratnan Prapancha (2021) fame.
Actor-producer Daali Dhananjaya will be seen as a gangster in it.
According to the makers, the flick is a mega tale of gangsters from the land of the North.
It also casts Dr Shiva Rajkumar in a significant role.
Recently, actor-producer Ramya opted out of the movie due to date issues. It was supposed to mark her comeback in Kannada as a female lead.
