Fahadh Faasil auditioned for a Hollywood movie

Malayalam actor Fahadh Faasil has sprung a surprise to his fans and film buffs by disclosing an interesting aspect about his first audition for a Hollywood movie.

In an interview with Galatta Media, Fahadh Faasil disclosed that he auditioned for a Hollywood movie a few years ago and it was his first audition in his career. However, he did not reveal the name of the production house.

“The people in the production team were really good and friendly. They gave me a scene to act. I don’t know the previous scene or the next one. All I knew was that a renowned Hollywood actor was acting in the movie and I had to act alongside him,” the actor recalled.

Fahadh Faasil stated that he couldn’t do the scene. “I would not have performed even if one of his close friends gave me such a scene. The process has to happen slowly. That is my way and I am happy with that,” he said.

Fahadh Faasil said he never prepares by reading the script.

“I try to perform only on the sets. I never prepare by reading the script beforehand. The most important part of film production is how it is shot. It is a difficult process but I find it interesting,” he pointed out.

Fahadh is on cloud nine as his latest release Aavesham grossed ₹100 crore at the global box office on Tuesday, 23 April.

The actor’s role of Ranga, a ruthless don based in Bengaluru, won the hearts of audiences. The film also won critical reviews and the actor’s performance drew wide appreciation.

Directed by Jithu Madhavan, Aavesham became the biggest hit in Fahadh Faasil’s career thus far.

The Malayalam movie is doing good business in India and overseas.
