Tensions between Telangana Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan and the state government escalated on Wednesday, 9 November, with allegations of phone tapping of Raj Bhavan.

The Governor accused the ruling party of tapping her phone and publicising specific details.

Soundararajan hit out at the government saying it was undemocratic and unacceptable.
