Students of Nizam College demand hostel facility

Protesting students said that since the college provides no hostel facility, female students are forced to pay high rents at private hostels

Undergraduate students of Nizam College held a protest on campus demanding admission to the girls’ hostel on Tuesday, 8 November.

Currently, hostel facilities are being allowed only for PG students.

Telangana Minister KT Rama Rao took note of the protests and requested Education Minister Sabitha Indira Reddy to look into the matter.
