State of Play: Siddaramaiah’s last act for social justice as CM

As he steps down from the post of Karnataka chief minister, Siddaramaiah has thrown open a challenge to his party, Congress. With Caste census report now with government, whoever succeeds him has to act for Congress to prove that social justice isn’t just a campaign but ideological policy for the party.
