The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) on Sunday, 13 November, demolished properties belonging to Nanda Kumar, an accused in the TRS MLAs poaching case.

GHMC stated that constructions at the property of the Hyderabad-based businessmen in Jubilee Hills were illegal.

Officials had claimed that Kumar refused to stop construction despite repeated notices issued to him.

Nanda Kumar was arrested along with two others by Telangana police in connection with the TRS MLAs poaching case in October.
