Heavy rainfall and hailstorms pound parts of Telangana

Several parts of Telangana received heavy rainfall and hailstorms on Thursday, 16 March.

An advisory has also been issued for people to take precautions, especially farmers who have standing crops.

The IMD had issued a yellow alert and predicted hailstorms from 16 to 19 March.

The heavy rains, due to southeasterly winds, are likely to continue till 19 March.
