EWS quota against social justice and Constitution: TN CM MK Stalin

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin on Saturday,12 November, said the Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) quota was against social justice and the Constitution.

He was speaking at a meeting of the legislative party leaders called to discuss the SC judgement upholding the 10 per cent EWS quota.

He said it was not a reservation for the poor among forward castes but a reservation exclusive to that section.
