Darpana: Bengaluru City Police initiative for complainant feedback

In keeping with their hi-tech image, Bengaluru cops have now adopted a corporate-style complainant feedback mechanism.

Darpana, the online portal initiated by Bandepalya police receives feedback from complainants on their experience at the police station.

The pilot project could soon be extended to other police stations.
