Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan on Wednesday, 7 December, made a statement on the Vizhinjam port issue in the assembly.
Pinarayi maintained that the rehabilitation of local residents and protecting their livelihoods were the state’s top priorities.
He, however, said that the state was committed to infrastructure development but would approach implementing projects with a humane approach.
