Nizamabad MP slams BRS govt

At a press conference on Friday, 15 September, Nizamabad MP Dharmapuri Arvind slammed the BRS government for inaugurating nine medical colleges without completion of the pending works. He said the central government bore the expenditure for constructing medical colleges and the state government did not give a single rupee for these new colleges.

Arvind said Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao inaugurated the medical colleges in a hurry given the Assembly elections. He questioned the inauguration despite the BRS leaders claiming that the central government had not sanctioned the medical colleges.

Meanwhile, Kishan Reddy took part in a 200-km rally from Parade Grounds in Secunderabad to Parkal in Warangal where he addressed a public meeting in the evening. He paid floral tributes to those who sacrificed their lives while fighting against razakars during the Nizam’s rule at the Martyrs’ Memorial.
