The investigation into the question paper leakage case took a serious turn on Thursday, 23 March, with Telangana Governor Tamilisai Soundarajan asking for a comprehensive status report within the next 48 hours.

The Governor also asked for their performance in the examinations and the details of their preparatory leave, apart from riving the present status of the case.

Earlier, on Wednesday, Telangana Congress president A Revanth Reddy visited the Governor and urged her to accord the Congress official clearance to prosecute IT Minister KT Rama Rao along with Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC) Chairman B Janarhan Reddy and Secretary Anita Ramachandran in connection with the question paper leak.
