In a major push for inclusive welfare, Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy called for transforming Telangana’s Anganwadi centres into national models. At a high-level review meeting, the chief minister emphasised combining nutritious meals with foundational early education. He proposed innovative infrastructure like modular, solar-powered container centres and mobile Anganwadis for migrant populations.

A 100-day action plan will guide nutrition delivery and management, while millet rotis and “Balamrutham Plus” may be added to the menu. NGOs and women’s self-help groups could play a key role.

The chief minister also suggested financial policies to support elderly parents and expanded roles for transgender individuals across departments. Orphan children may be admitted to polytechnic institutes and Singapore-linked skill centres.

He directed that these initiatives be made a part of the Telangana Rising–2047 vision. Ministers Satyavathi Rathod, Ponnam Prabhakar, and Adluri Laxman Kumar attended the meeting.
