Kondal Reddy.
A viral video capturing A Kondal Reddy, the brother of Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy, traveling in an official convoy has gained widespread attention on social media.
He was heading to a public meeting alongside senior Congress leader Mohammad Shabbir Ali in Kamareddy. Shabbir Ali recently faced defeat in the Nizamabad Urban constituency against BJP candidate Suryanarayana Dhanpal.
What has stirred public curiosity is that neither Kondal Reddy nor Shabbir Ali currently hold government positions that would typically warrant a convoy. This has led citizens to question the rationale behind such an elaborate procession.
#Telangana CM @revanth_anumula's brother Kondal Reddy violates rules by travelling in a official convoy.

Kalvakuntla Vidyasagar Rao, former MLA of Korutla constituency asked, “If the ruling Congress party had allegations on BRS chief KCR for his ruling, then we would like to see how they will react to this incident.”
BJP National Spokesperson Prem Shukla said, “Congress is known for breaking trust, breaking promises, and looting. In Telangana, where the Congress just won the Assembly elections and formed the government, see the status of the CM’s brother here”
The official BJP Telangana handle on X expressed its concerns, stating, “The individual in this cavalcade, escorted by a Telangana police vehicle, is Kondal Reddy, the brother of Chief Minister Revanth Reddy. Despite lacking an official position, why is he being granted a police escort? The people of Telangana voted out KCR because his family had reduced the state to a family fiefdom. Congress will be next!”

BJP National Spokesperson Shehzad Poonawalla said, “Congress, BRS and Owaisi. All put FAMILY FIRST. After removing one parivarvaadi, another parivarvaadi has started VVIP culture. Shameful.”
Amit Malviya, in charge of BJP’s National Information and Technology department, said, “There is little difference between the Congress and BRS. Both are corrupt, dynastic parties, which thrive on appeasement. Here is a classic case of none other than the CM’s brother misusing the state machinery, already. People haven’t forgotten the BRS but their new avatar is already here.”

Spokesperson of BJP Andhra Pradesh, Vinusha Reddy said, “BRS or INC. Both are the same. Both consider family first. Both are arrogant. Both insult common people.”
(South First tried reaching out to Congress’ Shabbir Ali, who was also present in the convoy with Kondal Reddy, however, there was no response. The copy will be updated when there is one.)
