The issue emerged at about 8 am on 29 January when the Blue Line, between Nagole and Raidurg. The disruption caused congestion at the Ameerpet Metro Station interchange between the Red and Blue Lines.
Due to the disruptions on the Blue Line, the Red Line was also operating at slower speeds along the Miyapur-LB Nagar route. They further reported that they resolved the issue, restoring operations on the Blue Line and apologised for the inconvenience.
