Heavy rains once again wreaked havoc in Hyderabad, claiming yet another life and throwing life out of gear.
On Tuesday night, a 26-year-old youth was swept away at the Balkampet Railway Underbridge, marking the latest in a series of rain-related tragedies.
The downpour also brought traffic across several key junctions to a standstill, with authorities scrambling to clear inundated roads as fresh alerts warn of more thunderstorms ahead.
In Balkampet, a 26-year-old named Mohammed Shareefuddin died while getting swept away in the waters under the Balkampet Railway Underbridge. The incident occurred at about 10:30 p.m.
