Synopsis: Seeking the staggered early logout plan, the Cyberabad Traffic Police asked, “It is hereby requested to intimate us (email: trfcord@scsc.in) organization’s location and the early logout timing that respective organisations plan to follow for us to have adequate traffic management in place. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.”
Cyberabad Traffic Police on Monday, 27 July, issued an advisory to IT companies, seeking staggered early logout plan due to heavy rain warning.
According to the India Meteorological Department, Hyderabad is expected to have thunderstorm accompanied with lightning.
The advisory issued noted, “In view of the forecast for moderate to heavy rainfall, an official alert has been issued. All IT companies and organizations operating in the Cyberabad area. This advisory is being issued considering the safety, productivity, the likelihood of severe traffic congestion, and for the uninterrupted emergency services.”
“IT Companies & Organizations are requested to consider following early logout in staggered manner, so as to minimize travel related risks, reduce pressure on road infrastructure, and support smooth functioning of essential services during the adverse weather conditions,” it added.
