Meanwhile, the police filed a suo motu case against a man for allegedly making derogatory comments and "counter-abusing" Raja Singh.

Over the past three days, the Hyderabad City Police have booked suspended BJP MLA Raja Singh in back-to-back cases.
The latest case was registered against the Goshamahal MLA in connection with the display of the portrait of Mahatma Gandhi’s assassin Nathuram Godse and giving a call of Akhand Bharat (unified India).
Right-wing groups often demand that modern-day Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Maldives, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and Tibet are one nation.
Meanwhile, a case was registered against Singh for delivering a provocative speech during the Ram Navami march on Thursday, 30 March.
“We have registered a case against BJP MLA Raja Singh for the display of Nathuram Godse’s picture in the rally and for speaking about Akhand Bharat during his speech. He spoke about them in the Begum Bazar Chatri area (a neighbourhood in Shah Inayat Gunj),” DCP (South West Zone-Hyderabad ) Kiran Khare told South First on Sunday.
As reported by South First, Nathuram Godse posters were seen amongst the supporters during the Ram Navmi Shobha Yatra led by Raja Singh in around a five-hour rally.
Meanwhile, Raja Singh, in a video posted on social media, said the police were unnecessarily booking him.
This is the 10th case against Singh since he was granted conditional bail by the Telangana High Court in November last year.
On Thursday, the Goshamahal MLA led a Ram Navami procession in Hyderabad and, along with his followers, took an oath to make India a Hindu Rashtra (nation).
“I, Raja Singh, am taking this oath to make India Akhand Hindu Rashtra. Till the time India will not become Hindu Rashtra, I will not sit quietly,” he said.
Singh then went on to invoke the so-called love jihad.
“I will protect the saints and I will reply to love jihad boldly, and will not let conversations happen. I will not let cow slaughter happen. I am giving my life for the Hindu Rashtra, and will not divide (the nation) based on caste and politics. Till my last breath, I have only one motive: Hindu Rashtra,” he said.
Talking about the constitution of the Hindu Rashtra, he said that only Hindus would be given the right to vote.4

Meanwhile, the Banjara Hills police in Hyderabad registered a suo motu case against a man and a city-based news channel for allegedly making derogatory statements against a particular community.
The man was identified as Faisal Khan, a city-based social activist. He shot a video on the road with the help of AS News Network and it went viral on social media.
Khan allegedly used verbal abuse and threats against BJP MLA Raja Singh for delivering hate speech while he was leading the Ram Navami Shobha march on 30 March.
“In the video, he made derogatory comments against a particular community. It was also a counter-abuse to Raja Singh. He claims himself as a social activist,” DCP (West Zone) Joel Davis told South First.
The Banjara Hills police have registered a case against Faisal Khan and the management of AS News Network under IPC Sections 153A (promoting enmity between different groups on grounds of religion), 295A (deliberate intention of outraging the religious feelings of any class), 505 (2) (statements encouraging enmity, animosity, or ill-will between classes), and 504 (intentionally insulting an individual).
About the Godse portrait, Raja Singh defended himself in a video released by him on social media. “Hundreds Ram Bhakt came. I don’t know who thinks what.”
He asked, “Did I name any religion or a person during the Rama Navami Shobha Yatra organised a few days ago?”
Criticising the AIMIM president and Member of Parliament Assaduddin Owaisi, he said, “In a state like Telangana, there is a traitor like Owaisi. In his constituency, lakhs of Hindu devotees of Ram came together.”

Incidentally, the speeches were made on the same day that Singh was booked by Greater Mumbai police for delivering a hate speech at a Hindu right-wing group’s rally in January.
He was also booked by Latur police on 27 February for the same reason.
Alleging that the cases were registered against him as part of a conspiracy to re-invoke the Preventive Detention (PD) Act against him, the suspended BJP legislator said he wondered if Telangana is part of India or Pakistan. “I am asking Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao,” he said.
He added that he had been getting threatening calls saying his son would be kidnapped and that he had already complained to the police in this regard.
