The Cabinet has a judicious mix of caste and region representation. And Revanth has still six slots he can fill in future.

The newly-elected Congress Legislature Party (CLP) leader, A Revanth Reddy, who will be sworn in as the chief minister of Telangana state at 1.04 pm at LB stadium, in Hyderabad, will have a 11-member Cabinet.
Top Congress leaders Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi and AICC president Mallikarjun Kharge will be gracing the occasion, besides a host of other important leaders.
The 11 MLAs who would be taken into the Cabinet are:
Gaddam Prasad Kumar, who was elected to the Assembly from Vikarabad (SC) constituency, will be the Speaker of Telangana’s third Assembly.
A farmer by profession, the 59-year-old and was born at Marpelli village in Vikarabad district.
Revanth Reddy was in Delhi finalising the list on Wednesday, taking into account the seniority, caste, and district-wise composition of his Cabinet.
Several top leader of the Telangana Congress were also in Delhi pressing their case, once it was formally announced by party General Secretary (Organisation) KC Venugopal that Revanth Reddy would be the chief minister.
The old guard — Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, N Uttam Kumar Reddy, and Komatireddy Venkata Reddy — who were competing with Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) president Revanth Reddy for the coveted post of chief minister, grudgingly consented to his coronation but not without fighting for their pound of flesh.
Revantha Reddy now still has six slots that he can fill in the coming days to accommodate those still seeking the wages of victory.
The Telangana Cabinet can have 18 ministers, including the chief minister.
