‘A force for change’

Vijay particularly highlighted the role of youth, stating that children and first-time voters played a significant part in shaping this electoral outcome.

Vijay asserted that the victory was not just for TVK but for a people-driven, emotionally rooted democracy in Tamil Nadu. He added that the mandate signalled the rejection of money power in politics, which he said had long influenced the state’s political culture.
