A 30-year-old woman doctor of the Government Medical College Hospital was found dead in a flat in Thiruvananthapuram, police said on Wednesday, 27 March. Abhirami Balakrishnan, serving as senior resident doctor, was found lying unconscious in her flat near Ulloor, they said. She was confirmed dead later. Police suspect a case of suicide and a probe is on.
