Kerala Governor Arif Mohammed Khan announced on Friday that, as Chancellor of state universities, he will not nominate SFI members, the student wing of CPI(M), to any university body. Khan labelled SFI activists as “criminals” and “brutes” who try to take the law into their own hands, to achieve political goals, equating such actions with terrorism.
