Former Prime Minister HD Deve Gowda on Wednesday, 24 April, said that Congress and Rahul Gandhi insulted two former prime ministers, PV Narasimha Rao and Dr Manmohan Singh, “by speaking of wealth redistribution”. By speaking of wealth redistribution Rahul has insulted and humiliated two Congress PMs who brought market reforms and increased the wealth of this nation,” he said.
