The family of a veterinary science student, who was found dead allegedly after he was ragged, has accused the Kerala government of failing to keep its promise of a CBI inquiry into the incident. Additionally, the vice-chancellor of the university revoked the suspension of 33 students, drawing further criticism from the Opposition parties. The Governor later cancelled the VC’s order.
