An FIR has been registered against two ED officials for allegedly pressuring the Social Welfare Department to falsely implicate Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and others in the Maharshi Valmiki Scheduled Tribe Development Corporation Ltd scam. The department’s Additional Director B Kallesh complained to the Seshadripuram Police on 22 July that two ED officials had put pressure on him to name Siddaramaiah.
