Criticising the NDA government for discriminating against southern states, particularly Telangana in the Union Budget, Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy said on Tuesday that he would convene a conference of South Indian chief ministers to expose the injustice. He accused the Centre of diluting the south’s presence in Parliament, and lesser devolution of funds after taking more through central taxes.
