Indian Medical Association president RV Asokan told Supreme Court on Tuesday his unconditional apology regarding “damaging” statements made in a PTI interview about Patanjali Ayurved Ltd’s misleading advertisements case has been in the association’s monthly publication, on the IMA’s website, as well as by PTI, as confirmed by IMA’s counsel to Justices Hima Kohli and Sandeep Mehta.
