Mild tension prevailed at Chengicherla on Hyderabad’s outskirts following a clash over “playing loud music” near a religious place on Monday. The police said one group objected to the other playing loud music as part of pre-Holi celebrations during the former’s prayers, which led to the clash. State BJP president G Kishan Reddy termed it an attack on Hindu women.
