Amid reports of tensions between BJP and JD(S) over seat-sharing in Karnataka, JD(S) state president HD Kumaraswamy on Tuesday, 19 March, said “we have been asking for three seats” but neither the state leaders of the BJP nor its high command “has given us any clear picture”. But he was confident they would sweep Karnataka in the polls.
