The Supreme Court on Thursday, March 21, rapped TN Governor RN Ravi for “defying” the Court in refusing to re-induct DMK MLA K Ponmudi as a Minister after the court suspended his conviction. Hearing Tamil Nadu’s plea for a direction to the Governor, the Court said it will “intervene” if the Governor does not act by tomorrow.
