Three employees killed in Chennai pub ceiling collapse

At least three people were killed when the ceiling of a pub collapsed in Chennai on Thursday, 28 March. The incident took place at the popular Sekhmet Bar on Chamiers Road in upmarket Alwarpet. The victims were employees of the pub. Meanwhile, the Chennai Metro Rail Limited said the ceiling collapse had no link with its ongoing works almost 240 ft away.
