The Telangana government has rejoined the Centre’s Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana (PMFBY) scheme to ensure that the state’s farmers get the benefit of crop insurance from the next crop season. CM Revanth Reddy discussed the issue with the Agriculture Minister and other officials, asserting his government’s main objective is to strengthen the agriculture sector by supporting the farmers.
