The Karnataka wing of the National Students’ Union of India has complained to the Election Commission against BJP’s Bangalore South MP Tejasvi Surya, alleging coercive behaviour. The incident came to light after several students shared screenshots of WhatsApp messages from their college groups. The messages threatened them with dire consequences if they failed to attend the MP’s rally.
