Former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy trained guns at the TDP government for perpetrating violence and using the same to keep people occupied as Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu is not presenting the full budget. He accused Chandrababu Naidu of backing off from presenting a regular budget as he would be compelled to incorporate poll promises in it.
