BJP Tamil Nadu president K Annamalai on Tuesday said Chief Minister MK Stalin has no legal powers to avoid implementing the CAA in the state. He said Stalin had taken his oath under the Constitution. He asked if the chief minister was going against the oath of office. Annamalai added that political parties were creating confusion by making superficial observations.
