The SIT probing the poll-day and post-poll violence in Andhra Pradesh submitted its report to DGP Police Harish Gupta on Monday, 20 May. The confidential report reveals probe faults and notes 33 total cases with 1,370 accused in poll-related violence across Palnadu, Tirupati, and Anantapur districts. Serious offences were reported from Narasaraopeta, Macherla, Gurajala, Chandragiri, Tirupati and Tadipatri Assembly constituencies.
