Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah on Saturday, 20 April, slammed Prime Minister over his “tech city to tanker city” remark and blamed past BJP and JD(S) governments for the current water crisis. He noted the Centre ignored Karnataka’s requests for clearance of Mekedatu Project. BJP was notorious for its 40 percent commission demand which drove investors out of Bengaluru, he said.
