Siddaramaiah flays PM, FM over funds to Karnataka

Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah on Thursday, 29 February, came down heavily on the BJP and Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman during his reply to the state budget in the Assembly. He also termed the BJP-led Opposition in the state as powerless when they raised “Modi, Modi” and “Jai Shri Ram” slogans while he was speaking.
