Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah on Tuesday, 23 April, staged a dharna in Bengaluru protesting the delay in the release of drought relief funds by the Centre and criticised the Prime Minister and Home Minister over the issue. He said the protest was aimed at drawing attention to the “injustice” done to Karnataka and its people by the BJP-led government at the Centre.
