Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar claimed that BJP is clandestinely planning to impose Governor’s rule in the state. He was responding to BJP’s allegation that law and order situation had deteriorated in the state following the Hubballi murder of the daughter of a city civic body councillor on her college campus in Hubballi.
