Supreme Court on Wednesday, 10 April, stayed proceedings before a special court in a money laundering case against “lottery king” Santiago Martin. A Bench issued notice on Martin’s challenging special PMLA court order in Kerala’s Ernakulam dismissing his petition. Martin said CBI’s chargesheet is the predicate case based on which ED registered a money laundering case against him and others.
