‘Lottery King’ Santiago Martin’s firm donated funds to seven political parties from Tamil Nadu to Sikkim, including Trinamool Congress which received ₹542 crore. BJP got ₹100 crore and Congress ₹50 crore. He gave even as IT, ED, CBI, and police of Tamil Nadu and Kerala probed him. Martin is accused of causing official losses by illegally selling lotteries and cheating.
