Following Samantha Ruth Prabu’s suggestion to nebulise with a mixture of hydrogen peroxide and distilled water to overcome common viral infections, qualified medical practitioners questioned her expertise. Doctors found the recommendation wrong and advised patients not to practice it. Hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂) is a colourless liquid which is a strong oxidising agent.
