Peeru Muhammed Yahya Khan, a rape accused in Kerala, was brought back to the country from the UAE on Saturday. A ‘Red Notice’ was issued against Khan early this year. He was accused of raping a woman seven years ago. The CBI coordinated with the Interpol, Kerala Police, the Indian Embassy, and the External Affairs ministry to facilitate his return.
