Union MoS for Information Technology and Electronics Rajeev Chandrasekhar has sent a legal notice to Congress MP Shashi Tharoor for making defamatory statements against him on a TV channel. Chandrasekhar, facing off against Tharoor in Thiruvananthapuram constituency, alleged the Congress MP disseminated “patently false information” about him bribing key voters and influential figures such as parish priests.
