Pro-Pak slogan: BJP wants Kharge, Rahul to apologise

The slogan was raised by some supporters of Congress leader Syed Naseer Hussain, after his victory in the Rajya Sabha elections.

The BJP, on Thursday, accused the Congress of “treachery” after its senior leaders were purportedly seen in photographs with a man arrested for allegedly raising the “Pakistan Zindabad” slogan on the Karnataka Assembly premises. BJP national spokesperson Gaurav Bhatia demanded Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge and its senior leaders, Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi, acknowledge the party’s mistake and apologise.
