Tamil Nadu Governor RN Ravi’s refusal to reappoint DMK leader and legislator K Ponmudy as a state minister is violative of the Constitution and he is unfit to hold the post, DMK Rajya Sabha MP and senior advocate P Wilson. He ridiculed Ravi’s interpretation of the Supreme Court’s order stating that the conviction has only been “suspended, not set aside”.
